MyBabyLala.com

Beautiful baby blankets your little ones are sure to love.

Mybabylala_logo Ava loves her stuffed animals. And with the amount of animals we are accruing we could seriously give Noah and his ark a run for their money. Ava loves to play as if she is the mommy and her assortments of animals are her babies. She names them, gives them hugs, kisses and cuddles.  And she always makes sure to tuck them in for "night night" with the blankets she was once swaddled in.

Mybabylala_blanket She will gladly share her baby blankets with her animals – all except one. About a week ago we were sent the most luxurious baby blanket from www.MyBabyLala.com. Ava is in pure heaven. A plush, almost stuffed animal-like, chenille center is trimmed in a silky brocade fabric making this blanket not only beautiful to look at but incredibly soft and cozy. And it's machine washable too!

MyBabyLaLa.com offers these gorgeous blankets in a range of colors from champagne and deep green like our blanket, to pink cherry blossoms, leopard and cow prints. They have blanket sizes for both newborns and toddlers along with coordinating burp cloths and bibs to create a whole set.

It's a gorgeous line created by one cool L.A. mom. Ava and I are both in love with this blanket. Sorry stuffed animals… we are still working on sharing over here so maybe one day you'll get tucked-in in luxury!

Classy Kid Part 2

From bibs to the potty Classy Kid has thought of it all

Classykid_logo I love Classy Kid. I loved them before they ever contacted me. I gladly wrote about their amazing placemats and I am happy to write about their other awesome products as well.

Shortly after my first post about their Classy Kid Keep Me Coloring Creative Germ Defense Placemat, Classy Kid sent me an email asking if I would review a few more of their products. They sent me a wonderful batch of goodies and I must say, the Classy Kid company does does not disappoint. They have products for so many baby-needs- on-the-go and I was sincerely impressed with their line.

Their Keep-Me-Clean Degradable Poly/Cotton Bibs make dining out a bit easier. They are waterproof and have a handy drop pouch or "crumb catcher" for all of those missed bites. They are also extremely lightweight, which Ava likes. She's always tugging at her bibs or ripping them off, but because they are so wafer thin, she almost forgets she's wearing it.

Classykid_pic Classy Kid also sent us their Public Potty Protectors. As the name suggests, these ingenious seat covers are a must have for germ defense in public bathrooms. We have just begun the fun process of potty training and these super soft covers are sure to be a big part of our lives. They are extra large in size so they drape over the sides of the toilet where small hands grab on.  They also have adhesive strips to keep them in place for even the most unstable potty user. Love this!

They also sent us samples of their changing table covers. While I don't tend to change Ava's diaper in the public, pull down changers any more, a few of my friends have small babies and rely on them regularly. These changing covers are thin and compact yet spacious in size; they do not take up much room in the diaper bag and they are disposable so when you are finished they can be tossed away.

The bottom line, Classy Kid has a number of products (and plenty more not listed here) that are well thought out on many levels. They think for the comfort of babies and for the convenience of parents and that's what makes them so… well… Classy!

Loving the Love

Two blogs and an Etsy Treasury!

3_waitingcoffee This week has been filled with lots of love for my Etsy shop, OnceTraveled.com. I'm excited to share my latest features - two wonderful blogs and a very fun Treasury!

Joanna's Photography Blog featured me in her "Friday Find" section and kindly showcased three of my pendants. Be sure to check out Joanna's Fine Art Photography and her Etsy shop, JoannasPhotography.Etsy.com

Sand Fiber's Blog displays many of the Treasuries her amazing work has been featured in - including my latest Treasury design, "Just LUCKY I Guess!" She also included a write up about my Egyptian Scroll pendant as a very nice thank you gesture.  Thank YOU, Sand Fibers! Please visit: SandFibers.Etsy.com

And speaking of Treasuries... Joanna was at it again! In addition to the feature on her wonderful blog, she featured my pendant from Czechoslovakia of the composer Chopin in her latest Treasury (picture on the left).

It's been a week full of love and I'm so grateful.  Many, many thanks to these talented artists.
